About Us

Meet Miss Bessie

Miss Bessie loved quilting and inspired us (Judy and Susan/Owners) to love fabric, create quilts, and start this Quilt Shop. She was an amazing women, and shared her life with us until she was almost 102. At this shop, she lives on in everything we do. 

What Makes Us Different

We (Judy and Susan/owners) are best friends, retired teachers, and love fabric and quilting. We emphasize the joy of quilting, the excitement of sharing, and the power of creativity. We are more than a quilt shops we are a quilting  community

Customizing For Everyone

Miss Bessie’s offers a large selection of fabric, with multiple price options. We offer classes customized to your needs, and we work with all quilters and sewers, beginners to advanced, to provide them with whatever  they need to successsfully create whatever project they have in mind.
